How much does Luun cost?
4% per ticket sold, or 1 credit per free ticket issued. No subscriptions, monthly fees or plans. You get 50 credits included when you create your account.
Do sold tickets consume credits?
No. When a ticket is sold, Luun only charges the 4% fee on the sale. Credits are only used for free tickets and invitations.
How do I get the money from my sales?
Straight into your Stripe account, instantly with every sale. The money never passes through Luun. Stripe charges its own processing fee.
What does each ticket issued include?
Everything: the registration or sales landing page, the customizable form, QR ticket issuance, delivery by email or WhatsApp, and validation with the Scanner App on event day.
Do I have to talk to someone to get started?
No. Luun is self-service: you create your account, set up your event and issue tickets on your own.
