01The Service

Luun is a platform for generating, delivering, and validating QR code tickets. By using the luun.live website or the scanning app, you accept these terms. Luun is not the organizer, promoter, or party responsible for the events tickets are issued for; that responsibility belongs entirely to each organizer.

02Your Account

To use Luun you need to create an account with truthful information and keep your access confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. When you create it you receive 25 free welcome credits, with every feature enabled.

03Credits and Payments

• 1 credit equals 1 ticket issued. The price is $6 MXN per ticket (VAT included).
• The minimum purchase is 25 tickets; above that amount you can buy as many as you need.
• Credits never expire and remain in your account until you use them.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. Purchased credits are non-refundable once tickets have been issued.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Luun for unlawful activities, to issue tickets for events you have no right to operate, or to collect attendee data for purposes other than managing access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these conditions.

05Liability

Luun provides the ticketing infrastructure "as is" and works to keep the service available and secure, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Event logistics — cancellations, refunds to attendees, door control — are the organizer's responsibility.

06Intellectual Property

The platform, its brand, and its code are the property of Luun. Ticket designs, images, and content you upload remain yours; you grant us only the license necessary to display and deliver them as part of the service.

07Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, notifying you at your registered email. Records of tickets already issued are kept for as long as required by legal obligations.

08Changes

We may update these terms; we will publish the current version on this page along with its update date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
